Commissioning of the machines, maintenance works and general after-sales service by the customer.

We have more than 50,000 spare parts in stock. This allowed us to make after sales service or maintenance work on machines which are 50 years old or even older.

Overhauling of your machines

A group of passionate mechanical engineers with many years of practical experience is entrusted with overhauling conventional Schaublin machines. They are doing this with such meticulousness that the machines leaving the shop are as good as new. The geometrical accuracy is at least as high as with a new machine or even better because the cast iron has settled. Customers using this quality service can work once again with their overhauled machine for dozens of years to their greatest satisfaction. It is true that such overhauls are quite expensive but the results come up to the highest expectations of our customers. It is interesting for us to see that many customers who have asked us to overhaul their old machines come from countries playing a leading role in technological development, e.g. from Japan.

Schaublin Machines SA does not perform general overhaul on CNC machines. We overhaul the mechanical structure but not the CNC control. Such work is done by specialized companies.

The machines offered by Schaublin Machines SA are exhibited in our showroom. During your visit, you can watch our machines in operation and get an idea of your future machine which will be purchased by Schaublin Machines SA. Please make an appointment in advance.

Training courses

We are offering various training courses: Special courses adapted to your individual demands, basic training courses, advanced courses, courses for deepening knowledge in the field of CNC control technology etc. Please ask for more information.

Application engineers

Our application engineers will analyze the feasibility of your workpieces and will calculate the machining time. Based on the results, they will offer you a machine perfectly suiting to your requirements.

Upon request, we will also be pleased to do trial machining runs for our customers. The cost for such trial runs will be charged based on the length of the trial run, on the tools to be purchased for it etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be pleased to make an offer for you.
